Shauna began her career at Arkansas Tech University in 1995 as full-time faculty in the Speech, Theatre, and Journalism Department.  After opening the Advising Center in June of 1997, she was promoted to Interim Director of Enrollment Management in 1998 and named Director in June 1999. Shauna and her husband, Mike, have three children:  Ryan, Joseph, and Preston. Shauna currently oversees the Office of Admissions and Student Recruitment, Upward Bound Math & Science Academy, and the Academic Advising Center.

Alisa began working for Arkansas Tech University in 1992.   While at Tech, she has worked in the Office of Admissions, the Registrar's Office and the Financial Aid Office.  Alisa also served as President of the Arkansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers in 2000-2001.  She and her husband, Scott, have one child, Grey, and live on Mount Nebo in Dardanelle.  Alisa is the contact person for all academic and transfer scholarships.

Ryan came to the Admissions Office in March of 2005. Ryan owns his own business, F1rst Person Productions, creating professional videos for commercials, weddings, music videos, and short films.  In addition to designing recruitment publications, videos, and multi-media projects for the Admissions Office, Ryan recruits in northeast Arkansas. Ryan and his wife, Leah, reside in Russellville. He is currently pursuing his master's degree in journalism.

Jessica began her career at Arkansas Tech as a student in 1996 and has since enjoyed working in the capacities of Publicity and Student Recruitment Specialist, Associate Registrar and is now the Coordinator of Concurrent Enrollment. Jessica is actively involved in the local United Way organization and enjoys working with the concurrently enrolled high school students at Tech. She currently resides in Russellville with her triplets, Braden, Jordan and Kaleb.

Brandie is originally from Springdale and is a 2004 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a major in Management & Marketing. While earning her bachelor degree she worked in the Office of Admissions as a campus tour guide. After graduation, Brandie was Assistant Manager at Stage in Russellville for two years. Brandie realized that Tech is where she belonged and returned to work in the Office of Student Accounts in 2006 and joined the Office of Admissions in 2007. Brandie currently resides in Russellville.

Lea is originally from Harrison, AR. After receiving her undergraduate degree from John Brown University in 2005, she and her husband, Isaac, moved to Russellville so that Isaac could pursue a degree in Biology at Arkansas Tech. Lea and Isaac were very impressed with Arkansas Tech and have been happy to call Russellville home ever since. Lea began working in Tech Athletics in 2007. She joined the Registrar’s Office later that year and joined the Admissions Office in 2008. Lea enjoys taking classes at Arkansas Tech and traveling on nature photography trips with her husband.

Emily is originally from Cabot, AR and is a 2008 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a degree in Speech Communication. She loves to travel and meet new people, which makes recruiting an excellent fit for her. Emily is not new to the Admissions Office; she worked as a student worker/tour guide while earning her degree. Emily currently resides in Russellville.

Courtney is a 2008 graduate from Arkansas Tech University with a double major in Speech Communications and Journalism: Public Relations. Originally from Farmington, she decided to attend Tech because of the welcoming campus and friendly people. While completing her undergraduate degree, she was very active on campus with groups ranging from student government and sorority life to specialty organizations such as the Society of Professional Journalists. Because of her great experiences with Tech, she joined the Office of Admissions in summer of 2008. Courtney currently resides in Russellville.

Julia began working for Arkansas Tech University in 1996.   While at Tech, she has worked in the Registrar's Office and in Academic Affairs.   Julia processes transfer and returning admission applications and assists prospective students with the admission process. Julia is currently pursuing her B.A. in Speech Communications.

Kerri came to the Office of Admissions in July of 2007 after working as a Registrar's Assistant. Kerri processes freshmen admission applications and assists prospective students with the admission process. Kerri resides in Russellville with her husband Jeff and her two children, Casey and Alex.

Scarlett started at Arkansas Tech in October 2007. Scarlett processes admission applications and assists prospective students with the admission process. Scarlett and her husband moved to Russellville in November 2006 from Southwest Missouri where they both worked for the University of Missouri Health Care System. They reside in London and love Arkansas and the River Valley. In her spare time, Scarlett spends time at her loom creating hand-woven items.

Gina is no stranger to the admissions process. She has attended five different colleges around the country. She received her BS in Biology from Kansas State University and is currently seeking a Masters Degree from Arkansas Tech. Before returning to school and working in the Admission office, Gina taught Environmental Education in informal settings for seven years. Gina works at the front desk coordinating all campus tours and answering questions for visitors to the Office of Admissions. She and her husband Tony love all things outdoors, cooking and their dog, Peanut.

Shannon and her husband, Ernest, moved to Russellville in 2000. Shannon assists with admissions and ACT processing. Shannon loves the River Valley and currently resides in London with her husband and their two children.
