tbradley@atu.edu	Tosha Bradley Director of Upward Bound Projects M.S., Arkansas Tech University, 2002. B.S., Arkansas Tech University, 1999. Tosha started her career at Arkansas Tech University in January of 2000 in the Office of Academic Affairs. She has since worked in the Office of Admissions, and was named Director of the Upward Bound Math and Science Academy in October 2003. In the fall of 2007, Tosha assumed responsibility of the newly funded Upward Bound program at Arkansas Tech. She supervises all operations and the implementation of objectives for the UBMS Academy and the newly funded Upward Bound program.

jfountain@atu.edu	Jill Fountain Target School Liaison M.S., Arkansas Tech University, 2006. B.S., Arkansas Tech University, 2002. Jill began working for the UBMS Academy as a summer intern in 2005, and soon joined the full-time staff in July as Target School Liaison. Jill is responsible for advising the UBMS participants from Russellville, Dardanelle, Danvillve, and Western Yell County High Schools. She also coordinating Saturday activities and field trips. Jill completed her master's degree in College Student Personnel in December of 2006.

mbolen@atu.edu	Mary Bolen Administrative Assistant B.S., Arkansas Tech University, in progress. Mary joined the UBMS staff in December 2005. Her past experience with the Department of Human Services and marketing/sales has been the perfect enhancement to the UBMS administration. Mary is responsible for all record keeping systems of the program, as well as managing the central UBMS office. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Arkansas Tech University.

	Leanne McConnell Tutor Coordinator B.A., Arkansas Tech University, 2003. Beginning in September of 2007, Leanne's contributions to the Upward Bound Projects include the development of the Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math/Science tutoring programs, as well as administrative support in the UB Offices. Her past experience in higher education makes her a wonderful asset to the UB staff.
