TOFT Academic Fair Registration 2025

This registration is for Academic Departments and Programs ONLY. 
Registered Student Organizations must sign up using theLink. 

On Tuesday, October 28th,the Office of Admissions will host the largest high school preview event of the year, TIME OUT FOR TECH. This event hosts nearly 1,000 prospective students each year. You are invited to have a representative(s) available to talk to prospective students about your dept/program at Time Out for Tech during the Academic Fair portion of the event. 

Academic Fairs will be broken down by College, with each respective college having a dedicated location. Programs and departments are invited to host a table at that location between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Prospective students will be able to visit each area they have an academic interest in. Just like last year, each program/dept. will not have an individual location and will instead be centralized to one location based on each college. 

Colleges will be located as follows:
 

College of Arts & Humanities	Library 300A
College of Business & Economic Development	Rothwell 138
College of Education & Health	Hull Student Union
College of STEM	Chambers West

 

• When: Tuesday, October 28^th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Where: various locations (see table above)
• What: Academic Fair @ Time Out for Tech

Things to note:

• Consider table display items: tablecloth, material, posters, pictures, etc.,
• Due to space constraints, departments are limited 4 representatives each
• Displays have a height restriction of 7ft.
• You're encouraged to invite current students to assist in your table/display. 

 If you would like to participate, you must reserve a table by Monday, October 13th at 5pm.
