TOFT 2025 Service Fair Sign Up

This registration is for ATU Student Service Offices ONLY. 
RSO's must sign up using theLink.
Academic programs/departments can sign up for the Academic Fair by completing the Academic Fair Registration.

On Tuesday, October 28th, the Office of Admissions will host the largest high school preview event of the year, TIME OUT FOR TECH. This event hosts nearly 1,000 prospective students each year. You are invited to have a representative(s) available to talk to prospective freshmen about your organization at Time Out for Tech during an involvement fair on the south lawn of the library.

• When: Tuesday, October 28^th from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• Where: Bell Tower Lawn
• What: Involvement Fair and Student Services Fair @ Time Out for Tech

Things to note:

• Consider table display items: tablecloth, material, posters, pictures, etc.,
• Due to space constraints, organizations are limited 4 representatives each
• Displays have a height restriction of 7ft.

 If you would like to participate, you must reserve a table by Tuesday, October 13th at 5pm.

PLEASE NOTE: The organization & services fair is outside this year. If there is a chance of bad weather, we may move inside. If bad weather is in the forecast, the Office of Admissions will make a decision on Sunday October 26^th by 12pm on whether or not we will move the organization & services fair inside.
